AustralianSuper is seeking a Product Design Lead to guide a team of Product Designers and shape the design strategy across multiple member journeys. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to elevate design, drive consistency, and deliver accessible experiences at scale.

In this role, you will lead, coach and develop designers, establish design principles, and champion user-centred design within an Agile delivery setting.
