Savers at Fountain Gate is seeking a Retail Manager to lead the Retail Operations team on the sales floor, customer experience and team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume store.
You will report to the Store Manager and drive trading results, coach a large team and collaborate with Store and District leadership to deliver on key priorities. This is hands-on, quick-moving leadership with real ownership of outcomes.
