Our client is a professional services company based in Toowoomba. With over 100 staff working on projects throughout the local region and interstate, they require a highly organized Practice/Office Manager to administer daily business operations within the Toowoomba team, optimize the delivery of our services, and champion professional standards and processes throughout the Company.

About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you will be the operational engine of the business. You will bridge the gap between our leadership strategy, ensure the office runs efficiently and optimize and day-to-day service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, streamline professional service workflows, and work to integrate business improvement and AI.

Resource & Capacity Planning: Manage corporate team scheduling, manage time keeping platforms and reports for professional staff, support business directors with future decision making.

Financial Management: Oversee client invoicing, debtor tracking, accounts payable/receivable,



and payroll coordination (working alongside our accountant/finance officer).

Client Operations: Serve as an internal escalation point for operational client matters, onboarding logistics, and contract management.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 3+ years as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or Practice Manager within a skilled services environment.

Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of service business metrics (e.g., utilization rates, project margins, billable hours).

Tech Proficiency: Experience with various platforms utilised by the Company; WorkflowMax, Synergy, Employment Hero, Xero etc.
