Criteria Corp is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to develop relationships with large clients and ensure they maximize value from the Criteria platform. You will work closely with Account Managers to support renewals and drive retention across the portfolio.

The role includes onboarding current clients, managing all account activities, providing product training, and documenting interactions in our CRM.
