Your new company Hays Business Support are currently seeking an APS3 Customer Service Officer for a Federal Government agency that supports eligible citizens with international travel documentation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team and deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service to the public. The role will require full-time hours, be office-based, and be offered as a maximum 12-month temporary contract.

Assignment Details

Duties: Deliver professional customer service across front counter, concierge and phone enquiries; Conduct customer interviews and assist with enquiries, collections and document services; Complete quality assurance checks and securely managing official documents and controlled inventory; Operate specialised printing and document-processing equipment, including basic maintenance and stocktakes; Complete accurate data entry, scanning,



records management and general administration; and Manage workloads independently while working collaboratively to achieve operational targets.

- Resilience and professionalism when managing complex or challenging customer interactions;

- Confidence using business systems and technology, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- All applicants MUST be an Australian citizen AND have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
