About the Role n

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Parks & Gardens Maintenance division in Burpengary , overseeing works across the Caboolture area . This position is starting in a casual role and will lead to full-time for the right candidate, hands-on role leading a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality outdoor maintenance services.

You will report directly to the Area Manager and be responsible for scheduling, safety, reporting, and team development.

What You’ll Be Doing n

n
- Lead and support a crew delivering parks and gardens maintenance services.
n
- Manage and complete scheduled landscape tasks including mowing, pruning, hedging, weeding,



and fertilising.
n
- Run daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and ensure SWMS and JSAs are completed.
n
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in protected working order.
n
- Communicate regularly with the Area Manager and clients when required.
n
- Use our digital platform to complete job reports and safety documentation.
n

What You’ll Need nn
- Cert III in Horticulture, Landscape Maintenance, or strong industry experience.
n
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor in outdoor maintenance.
n
- White Card and ACDC (preferred or willing to obtain).
n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
n
