Allegiance Heart & Home Care is seeking an Intake & Administration Officer to support our aged care and NDIS services in Bankstown. You will manage new enquiries, onboarding, and service administration, acting as the first contact for clients and families.

The role requires strong organisational skills, professional communication, and the ability to coordinate with care managers, nurses, and providers. This is a full time, on-site position with opportunities to contribute to client onboarding
