I'm working with a well-established national mid-tier accounting and advisory firm on a Senior Manager appointment in its Brisbane Business Services team. It's a genuine growth role. The team is expanding, and the partners want someone who can lead client relationships, develop people and help shape where the practice goes next.

The role nn




- Managing a substantial portfolio of private and family group clients as their trusted adviser
n
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and complex structures across all entity types
n
- Leading, mentoring and developing a team of accountants
n
- Delivering advisory work including structuring, succession, business improvement and tax planning
n
- Contributing to business development and building the Brisbane practice alongside the partners
n
- Offers a defined pathway towards Director and partnership for the right person
n

What you'll bring nn
- 8+ years in Australian public practice, including time at Manager level or above
n
- CA or CPA qualified
n
- Solid technical knowledge across entity types, with an advisory mindset
n
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships independently
n
- Mid-tier or Big 4 background preferred, though strong boutique candidates will be considered
n

Salary: $145,000–$175,000 + super, depending on experience
