Job Description

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Melbourne seeks an Internal Communications & Social Impact Specialist to lead internal comms and engagement across Mars Snacking ANZ, reporting to Corporate Affairs Director.

You will craft transparent messages, partner with senior leaders, develop culture initiatives, coordinate CSR and community programs, and measure outcomes to strengthen purpose and alignment across the business.
