The Role:

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties
- Handle day-to-day landlord and tenant enquiries
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors
- Manage arrears and lease renewals
- Conduct routine inspections and open homes as required
- Ensure the portfolio is managed efficiently and professionally

- Previous property management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident working autonomously and able to hit the ground running
