An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated, hardworking individual to launch a rewarding career in Sports Turf Management. You will work alongside an experienced maintenance team to maintain high-quality turf and surrounding infrastructure, ensuring optimal presentation, safety, and playability.

Key responsibilities

- Learn to operate and maintain specialised turf machinery and mowing equipment
- Assist with daily routine maintenance
- Assist with pest and disease management programs
- Perform general course and facility presentation duties (bunker maintenance, changing hole locations, edging)
- Complete studies toward a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management

About you

- Genuine passion for Golf or the sports turf industry
- Robust work ethic,



reliability and willingness to work early mornings (hours are 5.30 am - 2.30 pm) with some weekends expected (5.00 am - 9.00 am)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow safety guidelines
- A current driver's licence or reliable transport is an advantage
- Full-time employment throughout the traineeship with protected, paid training/TAFE release days and the possibility of full-time employment if the applicant completes the appropriate training
- Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) provided
