An exciting prospect exists to join Victim Support as an Enquiries and Response Officer in the Information and Referral Team.
As an Enquiries and Response Officer in the Information and Referral Team, your role is to provide clear, accurate, and relevant information to victims of crime, their families, and stakeholders. This includes assisting with financial assistance applications and connecting victims to support services. Interactions are primarily conducted over the phone but may also occur in writing or in person. Your key responsibility is to guide victims through the process, ensuring they receive the support and information they need.

- Fixed term temporary full-time
- $77,354 to $85,833 per annum
