Boulder Wall Constructions is a proudly family-owned and operated business specialising in the construction of rock retaining walls for civil and commercial projects. Based in Crestmead, we deliver projects throughout Brisbane and across Queensland.

Whether you're an experienced construction worker, plant operator, builder, landscaper, or have a background in civil construction, we'd love to hear from you. Experience building rock retaining walls is highly regarded but not essential, we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
The Role n
As part of our experienced crew, you'll work on the construction of rock retaining walls across a variety of civil and commercial projects throughout Brisbane, and occasionally throughout Queensland. You'll work alongside a skilled team, contributing to high-quality projects while developing your skills and experience.

Some weekend work may be required depending on project schedules and will be discussed during the interview process.

Essential Requirements n

Current White/Blue Card.
n
- n
Current Excavator (LE) Licence.
n
- n
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
n
- n
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Highly Regarded nn
- n
Experience in construction, civil works, landscaping, earthmoving, or a similar hands‑on industry.
n
- n
Experience operating excavators or other construction machinery.
n
- n
Experience building rock retaining walls.
n
- n
Multi‑skilled plant operation experience.
n
- n
A strong focus on quality workmanship.
n
- n
Is eager to learn and develop new skills.
