Direct Collective is seeking a conscientious Public Area Groundsperson/Maintenance for the Emerald Complex (30 apartments). The role runs Mon–Fri with adaptable arrangements and a minimum of 20 hours weekly, requiring familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, painting and toolbox use.
The incumbent will upkeep all common areas, report issues promptly, and perform handyman tasks as needed. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented and physically fit, with a proactive approach to safety
