We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Casual Home Care Employees who live in Sydney's Inner West and can service areas includingHomebush, Concord, Burwood, Strathfield, Marrickville, and surrounding suburbs. This role offers flexible working arrangements and is ideal for candidates who can commit to ongoing casual shifts while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

To be considered, you will hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or equivalent qualification, have at least 12 months' experience in aged care, community care, or home care, and demonstrate a caring, professional, and client-focused approach that empowers older people to remain protected, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.

Your role will include:

- Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eating
n
- Transport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointments
n
- Social support & activities, including outings and social activities.
n
- Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties
n
- Domestic assistance, light household cleaning.
