The Firm & The Role n

Our client is a dynamic and tech driven commercial law firm which is experiencing growth. They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic litigation lawyer with around 1 to 3 years pae.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the partner and work on commercial disputes matters,spearhead debt recovery, and manage insolvency risks. You will get hands-on, autonomous experience while receiving direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Debt Recovery & Enforcement: Draft letters of demand, file claims,



and managing statutory demands.
n
- Dispute Management: Handle commercial disputes, reviewing evidence, and drafting position papers or settlement agreements.
n
- Insolvency & Credit Risk: Advise on creditor rights, and help navigate matters involving insolvency or bankruptcy.
n

About You nn
- Experience: 1 to 3 years paein commercial litigation, insolvency/restructuring, or a specialized debt recovery practice or even an insurance practice (e.g property damage)
n
- Procedural Knowledge: A solid grasp of NSW court procedures and formal recovery processes.
n
- Proactive Attitude: Eager to learn, comfortable managing tight deadlines, and ready to collaborate closely with senior practitioners to deliver practical business outcomes.
