Registered Plumber with Sales Experience - Join the KHS Services Team

Here’s the truth about most plumbing jobs: you work hard, you do positive work, and someone else makes the money from it. At KHS Services, we do things differently. We’re looking for a registered plumber who’s confident on the tools and even better with people — someone who can walk into a customer’s home, build trust in minutes, and recommend the right solution without the hard sell. If that’s you, we’ll reward you properly for it.

This is a hands‑on service role with a genuine sales focus. You’ll be out on the road attending residential and commercial jobs, diagnosing problems, presenting clear options and quoting on the spot. You’ll have the backing of a fully stocked, fully maintained van, modern job management software and an office team that keeps your day running smoothly so you can focus on what you do best. The more value you create for our customers, the more you earn — with an above‑award base salary and uncapped commission, our top performers comfortably clear six figures.

But the money is only part of it. We believe people do their best work when they’re looked after, so we’ve built a role that fits around your life, not the other way around.

That means no forced weekend work, consistent hours from a pipeline that never runs dry, and a team culture where wins get celebrated and nobody gets left to sink.

- You’ll get your uniform, PPE, phone and tablet supplied, a tool allowance, paid ongoing training including sales coaching, and a clear path to progress into senior technician, team leader or management roles as the business grows.

We’re after someone who holds current plumbing registration, has a clean driver’s licence, and brings strong fault‑finding skills across general plumbing, drainage, gas and hot water. Just as important, you’re well presented, easy to talk to, and take real pride in leaving every customer better off than you found them. Sales experience is a big plus, but if you’re a natural communicator who knows how to explain value, we want to hear from you.

KHS Services is a well‑established, growing business built on honest advice, quality work and happy customers. We invest in our people because they’re the reason we’re successful, and we’re looking for the next person to grow with us.

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
