What You’ll Be Doing

As a Relationship Consultant, you’ll speak with people who have already expressed an interest in our professional matchmaking services.

Your role is to understand their relationship goals, build trust, introduce suitable membership options and guide them towards confident decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting consultations by phone, video, WeChat or in person.
- Understanding clients’ relationship goals, needs and expectations.
- Introducing suitable matchmaking services and explaining membership advantages.
- Following up with interested clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Helping clients make informed decisions and complete the enrolment process.
- Maintaining accurate client records and consultation notes in our CRM system.
- Working towards consultation and sales performance targets.
- Participating in regular training, mentoring and coaching.

You focus on the conversations, relationships and results. We provide the enquiries, training and support.

Who We’re Looking For

Your personality, attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us than your previous job title.





You don’t need to come from the matchmaking industry, and previous sales experience is not essential.

You could be a great fit if you:

- Genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping others.
- Are a good listener who can build trust and understand people’s needs.
- Have a warm, positive and confident communication style.
- Are ambitious, self-motivated and enjoy achieving goals.
- Are comfortable recommending services and guiding clients towards decisions.
- Are proactive, responsible and consistent with follow-up.
- Can follow a structured process while bringing your own personality to conversations.
- Are open to feedback, eager to learn and committed to improving.
- Want to develop your skills, grow your income and build a long-term career.

Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, consulting or other client-facing roles would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Mandarin communication skills are highly valued and important for this role, as many of our clients prefer to communicate in Chinese.

We particularly welcome applicants who can communicate naturally and confidently in Mandarin, understand clients’ needs and build genuine connections.

Good English communication skills are also valued.
