You will plan, organize and execute event logistics from development through on-site wrap-up, and assist with venue management including rooms, F&B; and housing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage freight shipments, hire and supervise temporary staff onsite, and support budgets with monthly forecasts to ensure accurate spending.
