Registered or Enrolled Nurse - Medical Practice (GP) Ivanhoe and Diamond Creek

You will work closely with our GPs and clinical team across a broad range of general practice and skin cancer nursing duties. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN/EN who enjoys variety, working closely with GPs and being actively involved in patient care rather than performing the same duties every day. The position will be 4–5 days per week, with flexibility to work across both locations and assist with leave coverage when required.

Key responsibilities

Assisting with skin cancer procedures, including flaps and grafts and assisting with PDT

Wound care and post-procedure management

Childhood and travel vaccinations

Health assessments

Iron infusions

ECGs

Ear microsuction and ear syringing

eHealth and patient record maintenance

Stock monitoring and ordering

Supporting doctors with the day-to-day clinical needs of the practice

About you

Current Nurse registration with AHPRA





A minimum of one year's nursing experience

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valuable organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively

Confidence using computers and clinical software

A commitment to ongoing professional development and training

A strong understanding of patient confidentiality and professional standards

Flexibility to work across our Ivanhoe and Diamond Creek clinics

Emergency Department experience is highly regarded.
