Clutch and Brake Australia is a well-established and respected Australian business specialising in industrial clutch, brake, and power transmission solutions. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable Workshop Assistant to join our team in Malaga.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work and quality workmanship, and is happy to assist with storeroom duties when required.

About the role

Assisting with the processing and preparation of clutch, brake, and power transmission components

Performing general workshop and production duties

Operating equipment and machinery as required

Inspecting components and ensuring work meets quality standards

Assisting with storeroom responsibilities when required, including picking, packing, receiving, and organising stock

Maintaining a clean, secure, and organised workspace

Working closely with the wider workshop, storeroom, and operations team

Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn

Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures

Willingness to assist with storeroom duties as needed

Previous experience in a process, manufacturing, warehouse, or workshop environment highly regarded
