Archa, a Melbourne-based fintech, is seeking a hands-on Risk & Compliance Specialist to embed solid risk practices in daily operations. You will drive AML/CTF, fraud and operational compliance, translating regulatory requirements into practical controls and monitoring their effectiveness across the business.
You will work with Operations and other teams to resolve issues, refine processes and governance materials, and support regulatory reporting.
