Hunter New England Health is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join Ward 5D at Maitland Hospital, supporting patients through medical and orthopaedic rehabilitation and secure discharge planning.
Under the guidance of Registered Nurses you will provide compassionate, patient-centred care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and help patients regain independence and confidence to return home or to appropriate care settings.
