The Role:

PRP Geelong have an exciting opportunity for a Cadet/Assistant Valuer to become part of their Agri team.

Working alongside and mentored by our experienced team of property specialists, you will be responsible for supporting the team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

- Collecting and analysing of leasing and sales evidence




- Assisting with all stages of the valuation process, from file preparation through to report submission
- Responding to enquiries and coordinating property inspection bookings
- Providing general support to the overall office
- Assisting with property inspections as required
- Utilising internal and industry wide valuation systems

This prospect is ideally suited to someone currently completing a Bachelor of Property or a similar qualification with a genuine interest in agriculture and rural property. The ideal candidate will have:

- Completed or be currently undertaking a Bachelor of Property degree or equivalent qualification
- Genuine interest in developing a career in property valuation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of computer proficiency and data analysis
