- Use the POS system to take orders while providing friendly, attentive, and personalised service to residents.
- Serve meals and drinks throughout service times, ensuring every dining experience is welcoming and enjoyable.
- Assist with light food preparation, including plating meals and preparing straightforward items such as salads.
- Support the setup and pack-down of events and dining spaces, maintaining clean, organised, and inviting areas throughout the day.
- Build meaningful connections with residents,
fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable, but willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment is most important.
