Customer Service & Warehouse Associate – new warehouse in Brendale, Brisbane area. This position requires onsite presence every day from 8:00am-4:00pm.

What You'll Do

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Receive, stock, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Pack, label, and ship orders.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Utilize company software and systems to track orders, inventory levels, and customer interactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- One year of customer service experience preferably within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations as well as picking, packing and shipping products.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a solid ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.




- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Comfortable using technology to enhance job performance.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 lbs, as part of regular warehouse duties.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
