Guardian Tactile Systems is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and supplier of premium flooring safety products, servicing the construction, civil, and infrastructure industries nationwide. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Production and assembly of products
- Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders throughout Australia
- Preparing freight consignments and coordinating warehouse collections
- Liaising professionally with customers, suppliers, installation crews, and freight companies in person, by phone, and via email
- Raising purchase orders and monitoring stock levels
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating warehouse equipment and using power tools, including drop saws and drills
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and secure warehouse environment
- Assisting with stocktakes and general warehouse operations

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be physically fit and capable of performing manual handling duties
- Have previous warehouse experience (essential)
- Hold a current forklift licence (essential)
- Hold a current C Class manual driver's licence
- Have experience using basic power tools
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be proactive, reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work independently while contributing positively to a team




- Show initiative and have good problem-solving abilities
- Be able to provide a current National Police Clearance
- Hold a Construction Industry White Card (desirable but not essential)
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia
