About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HR / MR Driver or Forklift Operator to join our Townsville team. You will be responsible for local pick-ups and deliveries in the metro area, as well as the safe and efficient loading and unloading of freight, including linehaul and container shipments. This is a casual position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team.

Benefits / Duties:

- Safely perform local pickup and delivery duties within the Townsville metro area.
- Load and unload a variety of freight including general, oversized, blended, and long-length items.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tidy and organised yard and working areas.
- Conduct manual handling of freight up to 20kg as required.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Work autonomously and follow safety procedures.

Skills & Experience:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF) – essential.
- HR or MR Driver’s Licence – highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in driving and/or warehouse operations.
- Ability to handle freight safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and team collaboration skills.
