AC Hotels by Marriott Gold Coast is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our pre-opening team. You will handle FIT and group bookings, ensuring accurate rates, room types and clear policies from the first interaction with guests.

As part of the pre-opening phase, you will help establish systems, standards and ways of working that shape the guest journey from day one, while delivering personalised, accurate service in a fast-paced environment.
