Football Queensland seeks an Officer - Referee Development (SEQ) to lead referee development across South-East Queensland, including Metro, South Coast and Darling Downs. The role focuses on education, recruitment and progression of referees through coaching, mentoring and curriculum delivery.
Reporting to the Manager - Match Officials, you will collaborate with clubs, volunteers and stakeholders to strengthen referee pathways and wellbeing while driving high-quality coaching and accreditation
