Cadstruct Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a quick-growing Sydney-based fit-out and refurbishment contractor. You will manage the commercial side of live projects, handle subcontract procurement, cost tracking, variations and progress claims, and report to the Project Manager to keep programs and budgets on track on heritage-listed sites.
Experience of 3–5 years in commercial fit-out or refurbishment, a qualification in Construction Management or Quantity
