Working with the Catering and Utilities Team Leader and multidisciplinary team, you’ll help deliver a safe, efficient food service and positive dining experience. In this role, you will:

- Prepare, cook, plate and distribute meals
n
n
- Cater for dietary, nutritional and special meal requirements
n
n
- Order supplies and manage stock and bulk food requirements
n
n
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain food safety standards
n
n
- Support kitchen coordination and care teams
n
n

n
n

About You

n
n

We’re looking for a flexible, team-focused Cook with:

n
n

n
n
- Bulk meal preparation and dietary catering experience
n
n
- Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
n
n
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
n
n
- Initiative, flexibility and ability to meet deadlines
n
n
- Sound judgement, discretion and ability to work independently
n
n
