Findmea is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of an established blue-collar recruitment desk serving two major accounts and numerous clients across Victoria. You will maximise opportunities while leveraging a solid candidate network and longstanding client relationships.
You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, from briefs to onboarding, revenue growth and compliance, in a fast-paced, high-volume setting with team support and strong employer branding.
