PERMANENT FULLTIME/PART TIME SENIOR ACCOUNTANT POSITION n

Due to the continued growth of our organisation and client base, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Based in our modern open-plan office in the heart of the Perth CBD, this role provides accounting and administrative support to a portfolio of private family offices and not-for-profit organisations. We are looking for a dedicated professional who possesses strong accounting knowledge, sound judgement, and a practical approach to financial management.

Key responsibilities n

- Assistance with the preparation of statutory financial statements
n
- Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors
n
- Company secretarial duties, including preparation of agendas and minutes
n
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
n
- Bank reconciliations
n
- Payroll processing and administration
n
- Payroll tax compliance and reporting
n
- Superannuation Guarantee compliance and reporting
n
- Preparation and reconciliation of Business Activity Statements (BAS)
n

About you nn
- CPA or CA qualification (essential)
n
- Strong accounting and business knowledge
n




- Excellent organisational and time management skills
n
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
n
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
n
- A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
n
