GCRE is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, with the position available due to maternity leave and with an ongoing opportunity.

We are looking for someone who is organised, professional and passionate about providing exceptional service to Owners and Tenants.

About the role

Full-time Property Manager position managing and maintaining a rental portfolio.

Key responsibilities

- Build strong relationships with Owners and Tenants
- Coordinate maintenance
- Manage arrears, leases and tenancy requirements
- Conduct Entry & Exit Condition Inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work closely with the GCRE team to achieve outstanding results

About You

- Previous property management experience preferred




- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, positive and customer-focused approach
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding results
