Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders is seeking a Demi Chef to join our kitchen team. Under the Head Chef or Sous Chef, you will support food preparation, presentation, and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and equipment.
You will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and assist in menu development and stock control, while delivering high-quality dishes for our guests.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required; previous kitchen experience and trade certification preferred.
