Food and Beverage Attendants are responsible for maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality in dining and function areas. This role involves a combination of table service, beverage preparation, venue setup, and general support duties, cleaning, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and well-organised workplace for guests, staff, and visitors.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- pick up and clear glasses from tables and service areas.
- remove food plates and clear tables between courses and after service.
- set and wipe down tables in preparation for service.
- clean and tidy all associated dining and function areas.
- general waiting duties
- general food and beverage duties as required.
- general venue/hospitality duties as required.
