Seeking In-Warehouse Mechanics for Lime Bikes in Melbourne!

We’re looking for an in-warehouse bike mechanic to keep our electric bike fleet running smoothly! This is a fantastic opportunity for mechanically minded individuals to expand their skills and gain hands-on experience in a adaptable, career-building role. Full training is provided, so no prior e-bike experience is needed.

- Role: In-Warehouse Bike Mechanic
- Location: Warehouse based in Port Melbourne
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: Flexible with start times (between 6-10am), shifts are 8 hours with a half hour break.
- Shifts: 3-4 shifts available every week
- Pay Rate: $33.85p/h + super

What You’ll Do

- Perform basic maintenance on Lime e-bikes in the warehouse (e.g., small parts replacement,



brake adjustments)
- Ensure operational compliance and safety of all electric vehicles
- Perform a variety repairs from basic maintenance to complex electronic parts replacement
- Maintain and abide by safety and hygiene standards within the warehouse
- Maximize the number of operational vehicles by efficiently completing tasks assigned
- Identify issues and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
- Safely operate a pallet jack and/or push cart on a frequent basis

About You

- 18+ years of age
- Experience using hand tools
- Mechanical experience in automotive, transportation, or bike industries is preferred
- Comfortable riding a bike as part of work
- Able to lift up to 30kg comfortably
- Confident using a mobile device, including in-app workflows (iOS experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills
