Anila Recruitment is supporting a privately owned early learning centre near Cleveland. We are currently seeking a passionate Diploma Lead Educator to join a welcoming early learning service and lead their toddler room.

Role Details

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the toddler room
- Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's development
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating workplace for toddlers
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Support children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Guide and mentor educators within the room, promoting a collaborative team culture
- Implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
- Contribute to observations, documentation, programming and ongoing quality improvement
- Work within a centre catering for approximately 80 children

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Qualified with a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
- Experienced in working with toddlers and supporting their individual learning and development
- Confident planning and implementing engaging, play-based programs
- A positive role model who enjoys supporting and mentoring fellow educators
- Passionate about building strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Knowledgeable about the EYLF, NQS and National Quality Framework
- Organised, nurturing and confident in creating a positive room environment
- Keen to continue developing their leadership skills and progress their career
