The Role
n We're looking for a proactive and skilled Mid-Level Structural Engineer with expertise in precast concrete to join our dynamic remote team. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact on high-profile projects while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop innovative precast concrete products.
n
- Create and review detailed structural drawings and Issued For Manufacture documentation.
n




- Contribute to New Product Development projects from concept to implementation.
n
- Conduct advanced structural calculations and analysis for complex precast elements.
n
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize design efficiency.
n
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
n
- Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
n

Qualifications and Experience

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
n
- 4-6 years of proven experience in structural engineering, with a robust focus on precast concrete.
n
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
n
- Strong understanding of concrete structure design principles and industry standards.
n
- Experience with finite element analysis software and BIM concepts.
n

Requirements

- A fully equipped home office (desktop/laptop, headset, stable internet connection, webcam).
n
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps and a contingency plan for power and connectivity disruptions.
