J G King Homes, Victoria largest builder of steel frame homes is seeking an energetic & highly motivated individual to join ourGippsland team as a Sales Cadet

You will be working closely with our experienced New Home Advisor in a support capacity, gaining a fantastic understanding of the J G King Homes Sales process and how to work with our customers during their sales process to choose their design, façade and land that works for them whilst growing your sales career!

This role is a full-time position working Tuesday - Saturday: 9am - 5:00pm. (days may change depending on company needs)

Weekend work is mandatory. Candidates must have the flexibility to travel to multiple work locations, and the ideal candidate may reside between Warragul and Traralgon

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing administrative assistance to the New Home Advisors
- Work with land development sales offices and assist with house and land packages
- Work closely with New Home Advisors in a support capacity while gaining an understanding of the J G King Sales Process, display centre operations, the Sales Plan and general business rules
- Maintaining the high standard of presentation of our display centres
- Expert execution of the prescribed display Meet/Greet requirements
- Provide Home Demonstrations to customers
- Qualifying and managing lead activity and setting prospect appointments




- Support Sales Administration/Documentation activity for the Sales Paperwork Process and Liaise with customers for all sales queries.
