Remedy Medical is a brand-new GP practice at 131 Wyong Road, Killarney Vale, and we're looking for a friendly, reliable receptionist to run our front desk on Saturday mornings.

The role

- Saturdays, most likely 9am to 1pm
- Casual position, paid at award rates (Health Professionals and Support Services Award)
- No shifts over the Christmas holiday period
- Greeting patients, answering phones, managing appointments, and processing billing

Who it suits





This would be a great fit for a university student in a health field or a medical student who wants hands-on experience in general practice. Medical reception experience is preferred, but we're open to the right person and happy to train someone who is warm, organised, and keen to learn.

Where it could lead

If it's a good fit on both sides, and you enjoy the work, there's potential for more permanent weekday shifts down the track.

About you

- Friendly and calm with patients, in person and on the phone
- Reliable and punctual, since you'll be the first face patients see
- Comfortable with computers (Best Practice experience is a bonus)
- Discreet and respectful of patient confidentiality
