You're in before anyone else and the room is ready before service. Three cleaners cover the group, so you'll have people to work alongside and proper cover when you take leave — not a solo job with no backup.

Key responsibilities

- General cleaning of all customer-facing areas — dining rooms, bar, entry, amenities and outdoor dining
- One extended day each week on deep cleaning: store areas, cool rooms and back of house
- Light maintenance support — replacing globes and consumables, minor adjustments, reporting defects to the relevant trade
- Setting up restaurant furniture for service — tables, chairs, banquettes and outdoor settings, to the venue's floor plan

About you

- Experience in commercial or hospitality cleaning — venues, offices, clubs or similar
- Confident with floor machines, and protected handling and dilution of cleaning chemicals
- Reliable early starts, every rostered day — the venue can't open without you
- The judgment to spot what's out of place without being told
- Full working rights in Australia
