TasWater is seeking a Health & Safety Lead to drive transformational change, focusing on high-risk work and mental health, and to build a proactive safety culture across the organisation. Reporting to the Manager Health & Safety - Operations, you will lead a team of H&S; Advisors, collaborating with leaders to implement contemporary safety solutions aligned to strategic priorities and operational needs.
You will lead, coach and develop the H&S; Advisor team, engage with regulators and contractors,
