We are looking for a casual Duty Manager who is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and working within a team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Positive leadershipand clear direction to staff
- Robust communication skills with customers and ability to handle difficult or barred customers
- Excellent product knowledge
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Experience across all areas of hotels including bar, dining, gaming and bottle shop
- Current RSA, Advanced Gaming andRP badge essential
- Able to work shifts across a 7-day roster
