Located within the Manly Pacific precinct, Cibaria Manly is a vibrant multi-level Italian dining destination featuring multiple kitchens and culinary concepts, private dining spaces, an all-day Caffetteria and 55 North Bar.

Led by celebrated chef Alessandro Pavoni , our kitchen is built around exceptional produce, traditional Italian techniques and a genuine passion for food.

These positions will commence on a casual basis , with the potential to progress into full-time employment for the right candidates.

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Relevant commercial cookery qualification and/or demonstrated commercial kitchen experience
n
- Approximately 1-3 years' experience depending on the position
n
- Experience working with Italian cuisine highly regarded
n
- Strong understanding of food preparation, quality and kitchen organisation
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation
n
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- High standards of cleanliness, hygiene and professionalism
n
- Completion of Food Handler Basics Training
n
- Completion of All About Allergens training
n
- Flexibility to work across weekdays,



evenings and weekends
n
- Highly Regarded Experience
n
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
n
- Fresh pasta production
n
- Wood-fired pizza preparation
n
- Pastry and dessert production
n
- Italian seafood preparation
n
- Experience working across hot section, grill or larder
n
- Previous experience in busy premium restaurants
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Prepare and present consistently high-quality dishes
n
- Take ownership of your section during preparation and service
n
- Follow recipes, portioning and presentation standards
n
- Maintain excellent food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
n
- Assist with stock rotation and waste minimisation
n
- Work closely with chefs across multiple kitchen sections
n
- Support junior team members where appropriate
n
- Contribute to smooth, efficient and professional services
n
- Bring energy, care and consistency to every shift
n
