Key responsibilities

- Admin work required for selling properties
- Making up flyers for sale and sold flyers
- Letter box drops and door knocking
- Corflute drop off and pickup
- Helping conduct open homes Saturdays and afternoons
- Calling prospective buyers and answering incoming calls
- Arranging trade and staging quotes
- Social media posts using Canva to Instagram and Facebook
- Social media videos for brand building

About you





- Has a current Australian driver's licence
- Has their own reliable vehicle
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is confident speaking with clients, tenants and prospective tenants
- Has the ability to build positive and professional client relationships
- Has strong time management and organisational skills
- Can multitask and prioritise competing tasks
- Has an interest in completing a Real Estate Traineeship
- Shows willingness to learn, undertake formal study and work towards required industry qualifications
