The Selfie Hub combines photography, technology and guest engagement at weddings, parties, corporate events and brand activations. We’ve brought our experiences to venues including The Ritz-Carlton, W Melbourne and The Langham.

This is an opportunity to earn extra income, build experience and become part of our growing crew.

Choose one role or do both

Delivery, setup and packdown

Collect a Hub, transport it to the venue, introduce yourself to the event contact, set it up and check everything is working. Return at the agreed time to pack it down and bring it back.

Setup and packdown each take around five minutes once trained. Allow additional time for travel, loading, venue access and operational checks. You don’t need to stay for the event.

You’ll need to communicate clearly, follow the brief and handle practical challenges calmly. If access changes or something needs attention, we want someone who takes sensible action and keeps us informed.

Event photography and short-form content

Stay at the event to capture photos, candid moments and short videos showing the Selfie Hub experience and guests enjoying it. Coverage is typically four hours.





You’ll be comfortable approaching people, helping them feel at ease and spotting moments worth capturing. A good eye, initiative and examples of your work matter more than formal videography qualifications.

What you’ll need

- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport suitable for carrying the Hub in its wheeled case.
- Availability for evening and weekend assignments, including late-night collections.
- Ability to safely load, unload and move equipment.
- Clear, timely communication by email and phone.
- Confidence working independently and asking for help when needed.

A criminal history check may be required. Equipment collection will be from Port Melbourne or Beaumaris, depending on the assignment.
