This role requires a passion for automotive technology, especially electric vehicles, and a drive to provide outstanding customer service.

Registration Coordination

- Oversee and manage the registration of new vehicles, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle registrations and ensure plates are issued promptly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all sold vehicles are registered and ready for delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, titles, and compliance documents.

Receptionist

- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
- Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of registrations, invoices, and customer details.
- Coordination: Work closely with sales, service,



and finance teams to ensure smooth operation
