Junior Administration Assistant – Correct Connections Electrical

This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone starting their admin career or looking to step into a busy trade business. You'll support the office team and our electricians with the day-to‑day tasks that keep jobs moving.

Key responsibilities

- Answering phones and emails and directing enquiries to the right person
- Booking jobs and updating the schedule
- Entering timesheets, job notes and supplier invoices
- Preparing quotes and invoices with guidance from the team
- Keeping job files, compliance paperwork and certificates organised
- Ordering stationery and supplies, and helping with general office tasks

About you

- Friendly, reliable and well organised
- Comfortable with computers, email and Microsoft Office (Excel is a bonus)




- Explicit communicator on the phone and in writing
- Keen to learn and happy to take on a variety of tasks
- Experience in admin, reception or a trade business is a plus, but not essential
